With regard to the security of processing (Art.32 RGPD), taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as risks of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, “ACENTO” shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

Data in social networks.

“ACENTO” has profiles on different social networks, so we must warn the user that all the data, comments and information published on these profiles will be known by all those users who also interact on that profile or simply consult it, whether or not they have their own profile on the social network, as all “ACENTO” profiles are public. Consequently, all information and content published by the user on “ACENTO” profiles will be communicated to the rest of the users due to the very nature of the service.

In the event that the user sends information of any kind to “ACENTO”, especially in the case of third party data, through social networks, the user declares and guarantees that he/she is entitled to send such information and that it does not infringe any intellectual property, trademark, patent, trade secret or any other third party right, that the information is not confidential and that it does not harm or offend third parties.

Limitation of liability

“ACENTO shall not be liable for any possible damages that may occur as a result of the use of the contents of the Website, being the sole responsibility of the user who accesses them.
